Meditative making + sound bath

Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of manipulating and forming clay in a tactile session in which you move through a guided sensory meditation. 

During this session we look to awaken our senses of touch, sound and smell. Blindfolds, aromatherapy by Happy Society and a therapeutic sound bath performed in house by sound healer Eleni Noulas, will help to calm the mind and reset the nervous system.   

Please note: This session is not a typical clay workshop where you learn a skill and make a product to take home. It is not about expectations or results. It's very much a therapeutic experience and opportunity to give yourself and your mind some time and space to unwind.
